How We Ship

Order Processing and Delivery Guidelines

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, we will share the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

  • We are committed to maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order.

  • For an exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to providing 100% support and resolution. Our goal is to ensure a fair outcome for both sides.
